A guilty pleasure is an action one enjoys and considers pleasurable despite feeling guilt for enjoying it. The “guilt” involved is sometimes simply fear of others discovering one's lowbrow or otherwise embarrassing tastes.
In this infographic, we explore the guilty pleasures and the primary senses of San José State University’s BFA Graphic Design Class of 2013. Each student was interviewed about their shameless, blameless pleasures and how enjoyable their darkest delights are. From their survey answers, we investigate the significance of senses that provide us different levels of pleasure, categorized by male and female and under 24 years of age and 24 years of age or older.
